When a product reaches its top level. This is the 4th year we present our "X" line.
The 5X represents the perfect match for twintip users that want a board to perform in any conditions.
The 5X will do it better, more simply, without efforts!.
It is a fantastic shape that with the experience gained through the years of development on this program has now found a superb balance.
Radical, easy to plane, comfortable and with powerful pop when needed.
What to improve from 2006:
- More grip when overpowered
- Softer feeling on hard landings
- Stronger construction
Design features:
The new "Ribbed tips" on the deck are a special features of the 2007 kiteboards.
They create a progressive stiffer/softer transition from the middle board towards the tips and vice-versa.
A full concave bottom shape allows better grip when powered up and improved the upwind performance.
The vacuum laminations are a typical feature of the full custom made boards and we are still the only brand in the world to keep this technology (longer to produce and most expensive) on the hi-level kiteboards. This technology combined with the ABS sidewalls improves strength to side impacts.
The new dual ergo heel CARBON pre-bent pads, are delivered with each board, allowing a perfect match of foostrap and pad placement when changing position on the deck. |
